Shipping policy

We offer free tracked shipping on all orders.

Processing time

Orders are processed within 1-3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding US holidays).

Delivery time

Delivery takes 14-20 business days after dispatch. Many orders arrive sooner. A tracking link is emailed as soon as your order ships.

Christmas delivery

For delivery before Christmas, please order by Thursday, November 19. Orders placed after this date cannot be guaranteed to arrive by December 24.

Address accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you spot a mistake, email us right away and we will do our best to update it before dispatch.
